Returns and Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

For orders placed before November 19th, 2024: We will accept return/exchange requests made within 30 days of order date.

The following requirements must be met:

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. 
  • Item/s must not be discounted as final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

If you meet the above requirements, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Order placed November 19th, 2024 or later: All orders are deemed final sale as posted online and on all product pages. Exchange and returns will not be accepted. 

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Yes, successful returns come at no extra cost to the customer as we cover the costs of returning the item. You will receive the full amount paid for the item(s) returned, including applicable taxes; however, we do not refund any shipping charges from your original order. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and our customer service support team will happily work with you to return the item/s.  

WHAT IF MY RETURN GETS LOST?

BAD® North America cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We will provide you with a return label from a reputable carrier with a tracking number to follow your return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

After receiving the returned goods we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 5-7 business days. It may take your financial institution longer to apply the credit to your account.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged garment, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please visit out warranty page HERE.
