Warranty Policy

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?

BAD® provides a three month manufacturing defects warranty on all clothing from the original date of purchase. In order to be considered for a warranty you must provide the original receipt for the product.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. These are defects which have been made during the production of the products. An example of this would be incorrect stitching or missing parts. These defects will usually be obvious to the wearer within a very short time period.

The BAD® Warranty Policy does not cover garments damaged due to an accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear-and-tear. Wear-and-tear is damage that occurs through the use of the garment. An example of this would be holes and tears. All workwear will ultimately break due to wear-and-tear, so we are unable to replace in these instances.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND UNDER WARRANTY?

Refunds are not given for warranty claims. A successful warranty claim will result in a product replacement or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
