WHEN WILL THE WEBSITE SHUT DOWN?
The website will remain live until we’ve liquidated most of our remaining inventory. To support existing customers still eligible for returns and exchanges, the site will stay active until at least December 31, 2024.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For orders placed before November 19th, 2024: We will accept return/exchange requests made within 30 days of order date.
The following requirements must be met:
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.
- Item/s must not be discounted as final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
For orders placed November 19th, 2024 or later: All orders are deemed final sale as posted online and on all product pages. Exchange and returns will not be accepted.
BAD® WORKWEAR AUSTRALIA WILL REMAIN OPEN
Once our stores shut down, customers in Canada and the United States will have the option to continue ordering BAD Workwear products but it will be shipped internationally from the BAD Australia website.
